- A Vision for Change – Published in 2006, A Vision for Change is the Government policy on how to reform the mental health services. At its heart it is about building and fostering positive mental health across the entire community and stands for providing accessible, community-based, specialist services for people with mental health difficulties. It’s outside target date for implementation is 2016.
