MHR has been doing some work with UTV Ireland to highlight particular gaps in mental health services. We now have the dates for the broadcast of this short series on mental health. There will be three 2-3 minute segments that will air during the 10 pm news programme on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday the 27th, 28th and 29th October.
The three pieces look at the issues of:
– Dual diagnosis and mental health
– Homelessness and mental health
– Youth mental health
We were pleased to work with our member organisations Merchants Quay Ireland, SpunOut and Dual Diagnosis Ireland to produce these segments. Our thanks to the staff of these organisations who helped with filming, and to all the interviewees for giving their time and sharing their stories.
