Coalition Conversations “The Employment Context: Mental Health Initiatives in Ireland”

We are delighted to announce the sixth edition in the Coalition Conversations series, “The Employment Context: Mental Health Initiatives in Ireland”.

In Ireland, people with mental health difficulties have the highest rate of unemployment of any other disability group.

This is despite the importance of employment for people with mental health difficulties being well recognised within policies and among stakeholders. While some progress has been made in recent years, commitments are now needed if this is to be sustained. This webinar will offer an overview of some of the initiatives within Ireland that seek to support people with mental health difficulties in to employment.

We will be joined by expert speakers from:

  • Open Doors Initiative
  • EmployAbility Cork
  • The HSE

Date: 23rd July 2020
Time: 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM
